Completion of 29000 Units of Mehr Housing up to the mid of this November

At the weekly meeting on follow-up of the remainder projects of Mehr Housing, Managing Director of the National Land and Housing Organization while mentioning that there remain about 29000 units of Mehr Housing Project in the cities of more than 25000 populations, said, “These units are going to be completed and delivered to the applicants by the mid of November, unless those with legal issues and below 30% physical Development.”

At the weekly meeting on follow-up of the remainder
projects of Mehr Housing, Managing Director of the National Land and Housing
Organization while mentioning that there remain about 29000 units of Mehr
Housing Project in the cities of more than 25000 populations, said, “These
units are going to be completed and delivered to the applicants by the mid of
November, unless those with legal issues and below 30% physical Development.”



As reported by the Public Relations of the National
Land and Housing Organization, Ali Nabian talked about the efforts of the
Provinces to complete Mehr Housing Projects and added, “Resources are defined
and communicated with the Provinces to implement and complete Mehr Housing
Projects and finalize the infra- and super-structure services of Mehr Housing
as per Paragraph B of Note 8 of the Budget Act; the provinces that hold some
remaining Mehr Housing units, together with leadership and supervision of the
Ministry Headquarters, are striving to deliver all the remaining units to the
applicants by the mid of November unless those with legal problems and other
issues.”



Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development
clarified that the files with legal issues are being investigated by Judicial
System, and the applicant-free housing projects and those under 30% physical
development will be deducted from the collection of Mehr Housing units. He
further specified, “Some of the revolutionary institutions, such as Imam
Khomeini Relief Foundation, Armed Forces, Police Force, and Welfare, have been
consulted in connection with applicant-free housing units so that they would be
available to any applicant, therefore most of the units have been decided.”



It should be noted that the follow-up session of Mehr
Housing Projects completion is held every week as a video conference with the
attendance of Deputy Minister of Roads for Mehr Housing Plan, managers of Bank
Maskan, and that of the Provincial General Directorates of Roads and Urban
Development.
