The head or relevant department before the approval of Statistics and Technology Management must approve the required applicant’s information in the form of completing either the digital or the paper forms that are available at office automation or at the disposal of the Management of Statistics and Information Technology. Normally, the username and password are provided to the applicants in person upon presenting a valid identification card. Then, these forms will be kept in the office automation archive and the personal information will be electronically archived.

There are many links to other collections and organizations available in the Organization’s portal, all of which are related to the type of organizational activity, and operating under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
