Senior officials from the National Land and Housing Organization held a public meeting this week to address citizens’ concerns and review individual cases related to land and property matters.

Ali Nabian, deputy roads and urban development minister and head of the National Land and Housing Organization, met with residents of Mahabad on Thursday to hear public concerns over housing cooperatives, land allocation, and the National Housing Movement plan.

The Iranian government is stepping up efforts to implement the National Housing Movement in Piranshahr by allocating land for essential public services, including education and healthcare, a senior housing official announced on Thursday.

Iran’s National Land and Housing Organization has reclaimed 234 hectares of public land following 400 cases of illegal encroachment in May, according to the agency’s CEO.

Majid Shareghi, Director General of the Office of Supreme Technical Supervision of Projects at the National Land and Housing Organization, visited the National Housing Movement sites in Bushehr during his recent trip to the province.

In a recent video conference meeting monitoring the executive plans of provincial Road and Urban Development departments, Ali Nabiyan, CEO of the National Land and Housing Organization, announced revenue targets for the current fiscal year. The organization aims to realize over 70 trillion tomans in both cash and non-cash revenues to support housing preparation and construction projects across the country.

Gholamabbas Nazarkhani, Deputy for Properties and Legal Affairs of the National Land and Housing Organization, emphasized the need to leverage all available land resources in Lorestan Province to meet the land requirements for national housing initiatives.

Director General of the National Land and Housing Organization announced, “Out of the total 51 thousand unit of Mehr Housing in West Azerbaijan, only 1600 units have been remained in installation stage.”
